Although it is virtually impossible to guarantee 100% safety and prevent data leakage, Gynaikon Klinieken does strive for this. The website uses security certificates, secure transmission by encryption of form data and Zivver’s ‘MailSafe app ’ with which e-mails and attachments can be sent via a secure connection.

Purposes
We do not collect or process information for purposes other than the purposes specified in this privacy policy, unless we have your prior consent.

Our use of collected data, communication and archiving 
When you sign up for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal data. This data is used to perform the service. When you send email or other messages to us, we may keep those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal data that is relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. The data is stored on secure third party servers:

• E-mail traffic is stored in the Microsoft 365 Cloud mailboxes (Exchange Online) and in the daily M365 backup. This is archived for 7 years via backup supplier Cove Cloud.

• Patient and treatment data are stored in a medical file *.  

Right to oblivion
We offer all visitors the opportunity to view, change or delete (as far as possible*) personal information provided to us. If you wish to make use of this, you can submit a request via: info@gynaikon.nl

Third parties
The information will not be shared with third parties without your permission. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

Our website uses ‘cookies ’ (text files placed on your computer to exchange data). Cookies are used to:
